CUASA – Carleton University Academic Staff Association
Represents academic staff including faculty, instructors, and professional librarians.
The parties recognize that the goal of the University is the attainment of the highest possible standards of academic excellence in the pursuit and dissemination of knowledge, to be achieved principally through teaching, scholarship/research and community service. The parties agree to cooperate in the promotion and enhancement of the University and to encourage a climate of freedom, responsibility and mutual respect in the pursuit of these goals. It is the purpose of this collective agreement to foster and continue the existing harmonious relations within the University community and to provide an amicable means for settling differences which may arise from time to time between the employer and the employees in the bargaining unit.

CUPE 4600 Unit 1 – Student, Teaching, Research, and Service Assistants

The general purpose of this Agreement is to establish an orderly collective bargaining relationship between the Employer and the employees represented by the Union, to ensure the peaceful settlement of disputes and to set forth agreements covering rates of pay and other working conditions.

The purpose of this Agreement is to maintain a harmonious and mutually beneficial relationship between the Employer and employees represented by the Union and to establish terms and conditions of employment relating to remuneration, hours of work, employee benefits and working conditions, and to provide a method of settling any differences which may arise between the parties.

Public Service Alliance of Canada (PSAC) 77000 – Postdoctoral Fellows
Represents Postdoctoral Fellows employed by Carleton University.
The general purpose of this Agreement is to establish an orderly collective bargaining relationship between Carleton University (hereafter referred to as the Employer) and its Employees represented under this Agreement by the Public Service Alliance of Canada (hereafter referred to as the Union), to encourage efficiency of operation, to establish mechanisms for addressing and resolving disputes, and to set forth an agreement covering the hosting standards for Postdoctoral Fellows whose employment falls within the scope of this bargaining unit.
